Lisa’s healing journey began when she became forced to heal chronic fatigue syndrome in her early 20’s. She completely recovered, changing every aspect of her life, including her career, which originally was the legal profession.
Lisa went onto become a massage therapist in 1998, working with clinical, athletic, and spa massage for about 5 years. Then, her purpose found her. Lisa started to give massages and out of the blue, clients began asking her for intuitive hits about their bodies and lives. Her angels and guides started to show her how to work with clients during massages. As a result, Lisa became very interested in energy work, becoming a Reiki Master. She’s studied everything from Healing Touch to craniosacral to Bach Flower Essences to medical intuition to crystal healing.
Lisa has taken classes with a variety of teachers from the creativity author SARK to success teacher James Arthur Ray to angel expert Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. In 2005, Lisa became an ANGEL THERAPY PRACTITIONER®, certified by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. In 2006, she became a Certified Medium by Doreen. In late 2008, she continued her studies with an Advanced training in Hawaii taught by Doreen. Lisa continues her studies and personal healing path.
Another passion of Lisa’s is music. She finds inspiration in punk rock and rockabilly music, as they speak to her rebellious spirit. Lisa enjoys being in Nature, feeding the squirrels and birds and going to the beach. She loves playing guitar, reading, going to workshops, running, mountain biking, seeing live music, baking, knitting, and enjoying time with her spiritually-minded husband, family, and friends.
Lisa considers herself a revolutionary, called into service to facilitate positive, loving healing one person at a time. Lisa sees hugs as one of the great powers in the Universe, with music being the other one.
LISA ON WHY SHE STARTED THIS BLOGSITE:
“I was guided to start this site due to all the changes we’re experiencing in this world. Right now, love and hugs are very important with all of this transition. I decided to create a place in which people could feel loving energies to get inspired and to feel good!”
“I also wanted a more personal way to connect with clients, potential clients, and others on a similar path. I felt called into service to help others via my writing too.”
“I think of my site as a virtual cafe where you can sit down with a cup of your favorite beverage in your pajamas to relax, recharge, get inspired and motivated, and have FUN!”
