Today, I drew you the card “Ask For What You Want” from Doreen Virtue’s Magical Messages from the Fairies. This card reads: “Let the Universe and other people know what you need.”
I seem to draw this card often when giving myself readings. It’s a reminder about being specific with your desires. I think of the often-used example that spiritual teachers use about when you go into a restaurant to order some food. You don’t just order food, you order an item off the menu (usually). To get what you want from the kitchen, you need to specify. It works the same way with manifestations. You have to ask the Universe for what you desire.
I used to feel badly about asking for what I wanted. It was hard for me to ask for any help. I really had some serious deserving issues. I didn’t feel worthy to receive my good. I had to do some work in this area. I’m getting better every day at asking for help and asking for what I desire. It’s been quite the learning process.
Recently, I asked the Universe to deliver a dream job to me. It manifested late last week. I’m still going to be working on my business, blog, other writing, and other projects. I just really desired a job. Luckily, it’s in my field and is perfect for me. I’m so excited to be of service to larger numbers of people too.
Ask for what you desire! Enjoy the results!
