Today, I drew you the card Look Forward from Sonia Choquette’s The Answer is Simple Oracle Cards. This card has a woman hiking on a trail that is on the ledge of a cliff.
This card’s artwork reminds me of when I’m mountain biking. Whenever I’m mountain biking, I have to look forward–to where I would like to go. I can’t look where I don’t want to go or else, I’ll end up crashing into a tree or go off the side of a large hill.
Life works in a similar way. You can’t focus on where you don’t want to go, or you’ll end up with those results. Whatever you focus on is what you’ll create. It sounds simplistic, but it’s true.
To get the results you desire, you have to focus on what you desire with unwavering faith. You have to look forward. If you look back, you will be looking at the past and chances are, you’ll be looking at the things that didn’t work for you. With your current thoughts and beliefs, you’re creating your future.
Looking forward is the only way to look!
